Salon Policy

Please only schedule appts you can keep!

Cancellation fees are non-refundable, non-transferable, and due before the next service.

A credit card saved on file will be required to schedule services.

Scheduling:

  • A phone consult is required before booking appts. 

  • Appts can be scheduled individually or as standings.

  • Individual appts are not guaranteed to have openings.

  • Standings are for 3 week appts only.

Cancellations:

  • Appt confirmation reminders are sent at the time of booking, and 48 hours in advance.

  • EACH cancellation, with less than 1 week notice, will be charged $10.​​​​

  • EACH cancelled appt with less than 24 hours notice, will be charged $30.​

​

  • No-shows will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service. This fee is due before booking ANY future appts. If a client is more than 15 mins late, the appt will be considered a no-show. A total of 2 no-shows will result in appt termination & no future appts will be allowed.

  • Cancellation fees are non-refundable, non-transferrable, and due before the next service. If unpaid, service will be refused.

  • If you DO NOT receive a reminder, and are expecting one, please contact me ASAP!

​

  • Each week services are extended means longer time between nail maintenance, which results in using more product & time to restructure nails. The cancellation fees also help support the extra maintenance needed.​​

​

  • If appts are to be scheduled on a holiday, a booking fee of $30 will be due prior to scheduling the appt. This fee WILL transfer to the service.

Services:

  • Pedicures are scheduled separately unless otherwise discussed. Due to standing appts, it is not always possible to schedule them together.

  • Long nails & specialty shapes (almond, coffin, stiletto) take extra time & products. These types of nails will cost more and also require more maintenance, resulting in longer appt time.

  • Intricate nail designs should be discussed in advance to allow for proper booking time. Nail art cost is determined by time and techniques used. â€‹â€‹

  • I guarantee my work to last! If nail repairs are ever needed, I will not charge for them in the first week, and up to 2 weeks, if nails do not show signs of intentional damage (picking, prying, etc.) However, repair appts are only possible if openings are available.

  • To receive stamps on loyalty cards, please present your card upon checkout. Stamps will not be given for previous appts if the card was not presented.

  • Please do not come in sick!

  • Please ask before bringing guests.​​​​​​​​​
